These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Site Phantom verification and account management platform ("Service") available at verify.deltadb.site. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, linking Discord/Roblox, or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Use of Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes related to SCP Foundation community verification. You must not:

• Use automated scripts to access or scrape the Service
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or security measures
• Impersonate another user or create fake accounts
• Use the Service to violate Roblox or Discord Terms of Service

3. Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Data and Verification

The Service links your Discord and Roblox identities for verification purposes only. We do not store Roblox login credentials or Discord tokens. All data is used strictly for authentication and access control within the SCP Foundation community.

5. Third-Party Services

Site Phantom uses OAuth provided by Discord and Roblox. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms:

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or at our sole discretion.

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Use at your own risk.
